Try your Snugfin at home. If it is not for you, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

• How to start: email info@varloi.com with your order number and a short note. Please do not ship anything back before we reply; we will send return instructions.
• Condition: returns must come back clean and undamaged.
• Wrong size: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will help you exchange it.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
• Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it.
• Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
• Cancellations: email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped yet can usually be cancelled for a full refund.
