If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

• How to start: email varloihomes@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. Please do not ship anything back before we reply; we will send return instructions.
• Condition: items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
• Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Cancellations: email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped yet can usually be cancelled for a full refund.
