Shipping
Free standard shipping on every order to the lower 48 states. No minimum. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have a flat $12.99 shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay. Express Insured Shipping is available at checkout for $4.99 and adds carrier insurance against loss or damage in transit.
- Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Large items such as fireplace screens and log racks can take a little longer.
- Tracking: a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple packages: orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Some large items cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If that applies to your order we will contact you and refund the item in full.
